Coach's should submit an expense reimbursement request for each tournament expense. Request will be reviewed by the UTWA Executive Board for approval. A Wawa Gift Card will be provided for tournament session reimbursements and a check will be issued for any approved hotel expenses that have prior approval and a receipt.
The following expense types will be considered for reimbursement:
$25 per morning or afternoon session coached (without own child wrestling)
$50 for full day or for single morning/afternoon session at match/tournament >60 miles away from community center (without own child wrestling)
Overnight hotel stays for two day tournaments will also be reimbursed for coaches who are not traveling with children who are wrestling (Must have prior approval from UTWA Executive Board)
